• Orders from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany placed before 14:00 will be shipped the same day.
• Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the first business day thereafter.
• The risk of loss and damage to the Products passes to the Consumer at the time the Products are received by or on behalf of the Consumer. Please check carefully whether you have entered the correct delivery address when ordering. La Aventura Clothing is not responsible for shipping to these incorrect addresses.
• If you entered the wrong information when ordering please contact us as soon as possible at info@laaventuraclothing.com and include your order number in the subject. if it is still possible La Aventura Clothing will make sure your problem is resolved.

 

Report the return

• Fill out the return form on our website to register your return.
• Please include the order number, the products you wish to return and the reason for return.

Pack the item

• Pack the item carefully in the original packaging or another suitable box or envelope.
• Add the completed return form to the packaging.

Return the item

• Send the item to the return address listed on the return form.
• Make sure the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.

Processing the return

• Upon receipt of the item, we will check it for condition and return conditions.
• If the item meets our return conditions, we will process the refund within 14 days.
• If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be returned to the customer without refund.

Refund Process

• The refund will be processed through the same payment method as the original purchase.
• It may take some time for the refund to be visible in your account, depending on your bank.
